1.Thinly sliced chuck steak, light olive oil salt/pepper/garlic and stacked with bell peppers.

2 slow roasted on the vertical rotisserie
3.finished on the flattop with more peppers and onions and havarti cheese.
4. Served on lightly grilled bun.
